-All sessions are 55 minutes(if there are less than two attendees in a group class you have the option of doing a 30 minute private session for the same cost or paying the cost of an additional group class and doing a 55 minute private at a discounted rate)

-Please be considerate of the studio cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment please call at least 24 hours advance else you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session

-All payment for classes and sessions are non refundable

-Packets and gift certificates will expire one year from purchase date

-For safety purposes please do not chew gum while in session

-Please be respectful of those around you and remember to turn off your cell phone when participating in a group class

-Please remove shoes when entering the studio

– If you are sick, feel you are getting sick, or have a fever please cancel your appointment in as timely of a manner as possible in respect to the studio cancellation policy. Please wait until you are no longer sick to reschedule your appointment.

-Please wash or sanitize your hands thoroughly before entering and exiting the studio.
